Two women die in school bus-rickshaw collision

A private school bus on Thursday collided with a rickshaw near Rupo Chak in Zafarwal Tehsil of Narowal District, killing two women on the spot while three others sustained seriously injuries.

According to Rescue 1122 and police, the bus was carrying children from a private school when the accident took place due to speeding.

On information, Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to the hospital while police also rushed to the spot and started investigation.

The ages of the deceased women are said to be 40 and 50 years, respectively. However, the children in the van remained safe in the accident. The police have launched further investigation.
