At least two people were killed and three others injured separate road accidents due to fog in different districts of Punjab on Sunday.
According to details, due to poor visibility caused by fog, vehicles collided in Pindi Bhattian area of Hafizabad district and Bhabra area of Mandi Bahauddin.
Two people were killed and three others injured in both accidents and shifted to different hospitals of respective areas.
The fog adversely disrupted the flow of traffic on National Highway in Kabirwala.
According to Motorways Police, M2 from Lahore to Kot Moman, from Lahore to Multan, M3 from Faizpur to Darkhan, M4 from Pindi Bhattian to Darkhan and Lahore to Sialkot motorway and M5 from Shujabad to Jalalpur Interchange remained closed due to fog.
In Narowal on Shakargarh Road, the visibility was reduced to 50 metres.
