Two dead, five injured in Kurram blast

At least two fatalities were reported and five sustained injuries in an explosion on Koram Road in Kurram district of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province on Sunday. The rescue 1122 teams reached the scene. They confirmed two deaths, adding the injured were shifted to a local hospital for medical assistance. The condition of four is critical, the rescue officials added. Earlier, at least nine people, including seven army personnel, were injured in two separate terrorist attacks in Kurram and Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan) districts of KP on June 9.
