Two-day conference for Sustainable Development at WUM

Second day of International Conference on Microbiology and Genetics at Women University with the theme of “Emerging Trends and Technologies in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics for Sustainable Development” continued on 17th march 2023.

Among national guest speakers who gave talk on current trends in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics were Prof Dr Anjum Nasim Sabri(IMMG PU), Prof Dr Rani Faryal (QAU), Prof Dr. Anwar Hussain (Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan), Dr Mehboob Ahmed (IMMG, PU), Dr Syed Kashif Nawaz (University of Sarghoda), Dr Sumreen Hayat (GCU, Faisalabad) and Ms Samreen Sarwar (HSP, USA) while international representative were Prof. Dr Mukhtar(Birmingham), Prof Dr Qaiser (Bahrain), Dr Kashaf Junaid(UK), Dr Arsalan Sarwar(USA) and Dr Hina Usman(USA).

They all praised the efforts of Department of MMG for providing platform to students to gain knowledge and trends in research.

In addition to these invited talks, there were 93 oral and poster presentations from 27 different national universities by faculty and students.
