Two cops were killed and nine others injured when a police fell into a gorge here, rescue sources said on Tuesday.

According to details, the accident took place in suburbs of Shangla where a police van returning after polio security duty skidded off road and plunged into a deep ravine.

Two cops Naseebullah and Khairullah were killed in the accident while Constable Akbar Ali, Dilshad, Israr Umair, Javed, Salamat Shah, Ashraf Ali, Gul Yar, Nadeem.—APP
