LAHORE – The Traffic Police Lahore have decided to take action against those who do not pay the fine amount of e-challan [Electronic Traffic Violation Teicket] over violations.
The authorities will withdrew various facilities from such people as part of the crackdown against those evading the penalty amount.
Reports said learning license, duplicate copy of license, new license or renewal services will not be available to people who defaults on the e-challan.
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore Amara Athar said people should abide by the traffic laws, warning that action will be taken against the violators.
The police have integrated Safe City department of Punjab, police service centers and driving license issuing centres in order to catch such elements.
