RAWALPINDI – Six more officials of the Adiala Jail have been taken into custody in connection with the alleged facilitation of PTI founder Imran Khan.
Reports said one female sweeper and two lady wardens are among those who been taken into custody, adding that three others were associated with CCTV cameral monitoring section.
The female officials were allegedly involved in communicating messages between Bushra Bibi and the PTI founder while the mobile phones of the detained employees have also been confiscated.
Previously, security agencies had also detained Adiala Jail’s Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akram on charges of facilitating Imran Khan, and Assistant Superintendent Bilal was also questioned.
