Jahangir Tareen and his son Ali Tareen withdrew their bail applications in a money laundering and corporate fraud case. The court disposed of the bail application on the basis of withdrawal.
According to details, PTI leaders Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen appeared in the Sessions Court on completion of interim bail in money laundering and corporate fraud cases.
The judge said that if the investigator does not need an arrest, then the bail application is of no use.
If an arrest is required, the court and the accused should be informed first. On the bail application, lawyer of Jahangir Tareen said that there was no need for bail now.
During the hearing, the FIA investigating officer said in court that no evidence was found against Jahangir Tareen.
The arrest of Jahangir Tareen and Ali Tareen is not necessary, the FIA believes in basic human rights.
