Chairperson, Women Parliamentary Caucus Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, MPA Dr. Sumera Shams and MPA Sajida Hanif on Wednesday called on Chairperson National Commission on the Status of Women, Nilofar Bakhtiar to discuss issues regarding welfare of women and their empowerment.
Dr. Sumera Shams congratulated the Chairperson National Commission on the Status of Women on assuming responsibilities of important designation and extended full support to her office for collaboration in Khyber Pakhtunkwa to empower the marganalized women.
She informed her about role and responsibilities of Women Parliamentary Caucus Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which was working actively to promote pro women legislation, making ground to have new Laws.—APP
