District Police Officer Hafizabad Faisal Gulzar said that protection of life, property and honour is prime duty of police and district police is performing its duty with commitment to serve the nation.
He was addressing the ceremony held at police station Pindi Bhattian to return booty worth Rs. 30 million among original owners which was recovered from more than 27 accused involved in different crimes. DSP Pindi Bhattian Ehsan Zafar, President Tehsil Bar Pindi Bhattian Fada Hussain Bhatti, Vice President BarBadar Muneer, traders and prominent personalities were also present on the occasion.
SHO City Jhangir Chadhar arrested more than 27 accused involved in different crimes and recovered Rs. 46 lakh cash, 3 tractor, 2 trolley, 1 dumper, 7 motorcycles etc. worth Rs. 22.7 million whereas SHO Sadar Police Station Hassan Ali was arrested 3 accused and recovered 20 motorcycles, loader Shahzoor, rickshaw, mobile phones and cash.
