KARACHI – Pakistan’s liquid foreign reserves reached $14,335.4 million as of July 19, 2024.
As per the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Thursday, liquid foreign reserves held by the central bank stood at $9,027.2 million. Net foreign reserves held by the commercial banks stood at $ 5,308.2 million as of July 19, 2024.
During the week ended on July 19, 2024, SBP’s reserves decreased by $397 million to $9,027.2 million due to external debt repayments.
