Following the directives of High Court Sukkur and forest Minster Sindh Govt Mr. Taimor Talpur encroachment removal operation team has started destroying crops which have been sown by influential landlords as illegal at forest lands.
The team conducted raids at Hilaya and Bauprandas forests located on right bank of river Indus which was headed by district forest officer (DFO) Thatta Abid Rind. RFO Mehboob Majinao, meanwhile DSP JHIRK Qadir Bux Khaskheli, SHO Keenjhar Mr. Rasheed Mallah also participated along with police contingents in the operation.
The team destroyed 150 acers lands with standing crops included Banana, sugarcane, cotton and Maize and vacated over 500 acres lands which were occupied by influential land occupiers too.
