The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $17.595 billion.
Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) stood at $10.907 billion. Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks stood at $6.687 billion. During the week ending 20, SBP reserves increased by $14 million to $10.907 billion. On 23-December-2019, SBP received US$452.4 million from International Monetary Fund (IMF) as second tranche under EFF program. These funds will be part of SBP weekly reserves data as of 27-December-2019.
