ISLAMABAD – A Saudi national was kidnapped from Sector F-8 in the jurisdiction of Margalla police station in the federal capital last Thursday.
Police have registered the First Investigation Report (FIR) under Section 365 of the Pakistan Penal Code on a complaint lodged by an official of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Pakistan.
The complainant, Badar Al Haribi, alleged that Abdul Wahid Shahid Khan had abducted Saudi citizen Hanan Abdullah Al Bashar from the capital city.
He has asked the police to recover the abductee as soon as possible and take the suspect to justice.
While talking to Pakistan Observer, police confirmed the registration of the FIR, stating that an investigation into the matter had been launched.
