Saudi Airlines plane catches fire during landing at Peshawar airport

PESHAWAR – A passenger plane of the Saudia Airlines caught fire during landing at the Peshawar airport on Thursday, local media reported.

Reports said the fire erupted due some problem in the landing gear. However, no loss of life was reported in the incident as all crew and passengers were evacuated safely.

The fire was doused by the Civil Aviation Authority and fire brigade officials.
