Rumy al-Qahtani: Saudi’s first Miss Universe contestant sets pulses racing with bold pictures

RIYADH – Saudi Arabian model Rumy Al-Qahtani is set to make history as she will represent Kingdom in its debut at annual Miss Universe 2024.

Qahtani, who won several peasant shows, made the announcement on social media. With her statement, Riyadh marks first participation in the Miss Universe competition.

In a social media post online, al-Qahtani said she is honored to participate in Miss Universe 2024. She also dropped new pictures with Saudi flag and sash that reads Miss Universe Saudi Arabia.

Al-Qahtani is a social media star who amassed huge following on social sites. She was among pageantry contestants, who represented the Arab nation in Miss Arab Peace, Miss Planet, and Miss Middle East.

Known for their hourglass body, the diva said she is highlighted to promote the Kingdom’s culture and heritage.
