RIUJ elects office bearers, Tariq Usmani elected as President

The Rawalpindi-Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ) has elected its new office-bearers, including Tariq Usmani as President and Rizwan Ghilzai as General Secretary.

According to Chairman Election Committee Tariq Masood, body has been elected for two years i.e. 2025-27.

Yasir Nazar has been elected as Finance Secretary and Mudassir Ilyas Kiani as Secretary Information. Faisal Awan, Mohsin Ijaz and Javeria Siddique have been elected as Vice President. Abdul Waheed Janjua, Khalid Malik and Mehwish Qumas have become Joint Secretaries.
