In a significant stride towards fostering academic excellence and research culture, the University of Okara’s (UO) Department of Educational Research and Assessment (DERA) unveiled its state-of-the-art research lab. The inauguration ceremony, marked by enthusiasm and scholarly zeal, showcased the dedication of students and faculty towards advancing educational research.Under the esteemed guidance of Dr Hafiz Arshad, Assistant Professor of Education, several MPhil and PhD students showcased their innovative projects through captivating posters during the opening ceremony.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr Tahir Khan Farooqi, Chairperson DERA, whose visionary leadership had been instrumental in establishing the lab as a hub for scholarly inquiry. Another dignitary at the event was the Associate Professor of Education, Dr Khalid Saleem, whose participation underscored the department’s collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering a culture of research and assessment.
