ISLAMABAD – The rise in Illegal housing schemes continue to add woes related to the real estate industry that remains in dire straits in Pakistan, and now Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) amplifies action illegal housing societies in twin cities.
These housing developments are usually not planned or regulated by authorities, which can create several issues including inadequate infrastructure, environmental degradation, and mass migration.
Amid the continuous action, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) served show-cause notices to owners of four new schemes.
The housing schemes include Silver City Prime in Mouza Jattal located in Tehsil, Mian Mohammad Bakhsh City in Mouza Raniyal, Gulshan-e-Bahar in Mouza Pilo, and Islamabad Golf City in Mouza Thalian Pilo.
