RAWALPINDI – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in the garrison city on Saturday granted interim bail of Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, in 32 cases registered against her over November 26 protest.
ATC Special Judge Amjad Ali Shah approved the bail until January 13. The former first lady was booked in cases at various police stations across Rawalpindi, Attock, and Chakwal.
Bushra Bibi attended the hearing and submitted surety bonds to get bail in the cases. Later, the anti-terrorism court adjourned the case till mid-January.
