Provincial Minister of Industries, Commerce and Agriculture SM Tanveer has said that the industrial policy of Punjab is being prepared which will be announced soon. Due to the new industrial policy, the industrial sector will make revolutionary development and stability.
There will be a substantial increase in industrial, commercial and business activities. Chakwal Industrial Zone will be established in consultation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Provincial Minister of Industries and Commerce SM Tanveer disclosed this while addressing the annual general meeting of Chakwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a chief guest.
The provincial minister health Dr Jamal Nasir, deputy Commissioner chakwal, Officers of concerned departments, industrialists and businessmen participated in the annual meeting.
The officials of the Chakwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry informed about the performance of the chamber and the efforts made to promote business activities in the district.
