Secretary Population Asghar Ali Shah has said that having children is the legal right of a married couple. Our department does not advise anyone to lock children. Rather, they are giving advice regarding family planning. He was addressing a one-day seminar organized regarding Reproductive Health Act 2020 under the auspices of Population Welfare Department.

In the seminar, Additional DG Muhammad Wali Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner Shah Zeb Khan, Garhi Kapura Chairman Bakhtawar Khan, Acting District Officer of Behboodabadi Shahid Khan.
