The police claimed to have arrested a doctor on the charges of abusing a nurse in the remit of Civil Lines Police on Wednesday.According to the details, a horrific incident of rape took place in Jail Road area of Civil Lines in Lahore. The doctor raped the nurse after luring her on the pretext of giving a job. Dr Bilal was arrested on charges of rape, police shifted victim to hospital for medical examination giving a statement to the police, and the victim said that Dr. Bilal called her under the pretext of giving her a job.
The nurse who was abused by the doctor filed a case against the doctor. She further said that Dr. Bilal had abused her by making her taken intoxicating tea. According to media reports, Dr. Bilal and the nurse Naseem Services have been training together at the hospital.
Another incident of rape took place in Lalazar Colony area of Shahdara where four dacoits killed a woman after raping her during a robbery. The robbers first raped the woman and later shot her dead. The woman who died in the horrific incident was identified as “Mabina”. The robbers fled the house after looting gold jewelry and Rs 500,000. Shahdara police seem to have failed miserably in controlling crime. Police arrested three suspects on suspicion.
