ISLAMABAD – Former federal minister Faisal Vawda has stated that in the upcoming elections, PML-N will have fewer than 80 seats, PTI is out of the election race while the independent candidates will see the directions of the situation that time.
“PDM 2 government will be formed,” said Vawda while predicting the future of the election and formation of the next government.
He claimed that he can easily tell that which party will get how many seats.
He was talking to a local private TV. Vawda said that he had predicted that there would be no Bat symbol and that the independent candidates would take part in the elections.
“You can see the same has happened,” said Vawda.
He said, “Our judicial system, whether it operates as 9 or 6, changes its stance according to ‘the will’.
He said that the judges who resigned from the Supreme Court due to corruption allegations have files related to their corruption; Nasla tower which was for poor was collapsed while those who gave it’s approval was not asked anything.
“Will PPP and PML-N, responsible for the destruction, rectify the situation? If people like Ishaq Dar are brought back, will they improve the economy? In the race, even if they come in second or third place with a lone run, I can say that if there is a delay in the race, they will come in at the third position. If the government continues for 8 to 10 months, PML-N and PPP will not sit together,” said Vawda.
He stated that running the government without Asif Zardari would be a challenging task; images of Asif Zardari’s presidency are emerging. Asif Zardari, he said, was of the view that “My son and you young people lead the country forward,”.
Vawda regretted that everyone pursued their political interests, not the country’s welfare.
“I have linked the election to the PIA flight; it has been revealed that one engine of the plane has started, and the other is still in operation. The caretaker government has stabilized the economy and eliminated the uncertainty.
“I can tell you how many people will lose in the election; once the new government comes in, you will see the situation worsen again,” he added.
