The Punjab Jagat Sabha Canada (PJSC) has announced it will organise a special moot titled: Rehmatul-Lil Alameen (SAWW) Conference in the ongoing month, as part of Rabiul Awwal celebrations to mark the birth of Last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW).
According to Jagat Punjabi Sabha Canada leader Ajaib Sing Chatha, the event is being held to shed light on various aspect of the life of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) to promote peace, harmony and love across the globe.
He said it would pave way for creating and promoting the cause of peace and tranquillity across the globe.
The announcement comes in the holy month of Rabiul Awal when the Ummah is bracing for commemorating the birthday of Rehmatul Lil Alameen (PBUH), it will help cement Sikh-Muslim ties.
Ajaib Sing Chatha heaped praise on Pakistan’s initiatives for the promotion interfaith harmony and mentioned opening of Kartarpur corridor to facilitate the Sikh fraternity to perform rituals with a complete sense of security.
He reiterated his organisation’s resolve to continue supporting such initiatives at all costs.
