Peoples Bus Service has announced an increase in fares of up to 60 percent. The new fare structure has been officially revealed, with rates on various routes set to rise between 20% and 60%. According to the announcement, updated fares will be displayed on the buses, and this new pricing will take effect from Feb. 1. Currently, the minimum fare in the city stands at 50 rupees.
