Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Political Communication Shahbaz Gill on Sunday said that rejected Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has failed to gather people for Multan rally. In a statement, the special assistant alleged Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) of paying people to attend their public gathering on November 30. The recently organized Peshawar rally has exposed the reality of the opposition parties, he added.Shahbaz Gill further said that the nation has rejected anti-state narrative of PDM.
Meanwhile, Parliamentary Secretary for Information Nadeem Qureshi said on Sunday that the people of south Punjab, especially Multan city, have rejected the narrative of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM). Responding to the opposition’s press conference here on Sunday, he said that the defeated elements were heading towards Multan, adding that those part of the PDM had actually befooled the people of south Punjab.—APP
