LAHORE – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday categorically dismissed the rumours that Pakistan surrendered on the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, saying that all such stories are baseless.

The sources said that Mohsin Naqvi and other PCB officials returned to Pakistan from Dubai after holding several meetings regarding the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

They said that the PCB remained firm on its stance and is awaiting a response. Pakistan presented its conditions to the ICC, and the board is now awaiting replies from the ICC and the Indian Cricket Board.

PCB insiders stated that the surrender rumors are unfounded.

“If surrender was on the table, the ICC and India would not have sought time for their response,” they explained.

The delay in responses may be due to the ongoing holidays in Dubai.
