Pakistan embassy in Saudi Arabia, Sweden to remain closed for 2 days

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Embassy and its consulates in Saudi Arabia and Sweden will remain closed for two days on July 16 and 17 in observance of Ashura 2024.

The Pakistan Embassy in Riyahd and Consulate General in other cities of the kingdom will not provide any services during these two days – Muharram 9 and 10.

The Pakistan missions in the Saudi Arabia and Sweden offers various services related to renewal of ID cards, issuance of NICOPs, renewal of passports and others.

They also offer visa services to the citizens of the host countries and foreign nationals.

It is recalled that the federal government has announced public holidays on July 16 and 16 to remember the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain and his companions.
