OPC using IT for early resolution of expats’ complaints

Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab and Punjab Information and Technology Board (PITB) inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the presence of Overseas Pakistanis Commission Vice Chairperson Ch Waseem Akhtar and OPC Commissioner Passand Khan Buledi.
Deputy Director (Admn) OPC Ghulam Mustafa and Director PITB Salman Ameen signed the MoU on behalf of their respective departments. MoU is aimed at continuing the already established call centre (111-672-672) at PITB round the clock.
It shall also keep all time liaison with overseas Pakistanis for their complaints and status thereon.
