KARACHI – The alleged abduction case involving actress Nimra Khan has taken a new turn as the Karachi police say that it is harassment.
SDPO Darakshan Manisha Rupita revealed in a video statement that they properly investigated the case as found that Nimra Khan was harassed.
“It was not an abduction case,” said the police officer.
Nimra Khan also lauded the police for putting efforts to properly investigate the case and said that she was relaxed now as nobody was after her life.
She also recorded a message for the police.

Following Khan’s video statement, the DIG South and SSP South took notice of the incident and ordered an investigation. Consequently, DSP Darakshan began looking into the matter.
Police officer Manisha Rupita stated that the investigation revealed the involvement of a single suspect who was on a motorcycle and had no accomplices.
Recently, there have been two similar harassment cases involving women, and the suspects in both cases have been apprehended.
Manisha Rupita added that a route map for the suspect in the Nimra Khan case has been prepared, and efforts are ongoing to apprehend the individual soon.
Actress Nimra Khan expressed her satisfaction with the police performance, praising their round-the-clock efforts in investigating the case and gathering evidence.
