RIYADH – Pakistani citizens living in Saudi Arabia can visit the mission offices in the Kingdom to apply for their Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
The identity document is issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) after verification of status of the Pakistani residents in Saudi Arabia.
Any citizen of Pakistan can apply for the document for the desired country and can travel to Pakistan without obtaining a visa in case of dual nationality. The passport number is a mandatory to apply for the smart NICOP.

NICOP Fee in Saudi Arabia For December 2024
The Nadra section at Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia offers three categories for NICOP applications – Normal, Urgent and Executive – with different fee structure.
The normal fee for NICOP stands at 75 Riyals while urgent fee is 110 Dirham. Similarly, the executive fee for NICOP stands at 150 Riyals in Saudi Arabia.
