ISLAMABAD – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has planned to launch various real estate projects in Islamabad for overseas Pakistan to provide attractive investment opportunities to them.
The proposal was discussed in a meeting chaired by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, while it was attended by the officials of the Public-Private Partnership Authority (P3A) and CDA officials.
The meeting focused on discussing various projects being initiated for overseas Pakistanis. Muhammad Ali Randhawa stated that the aim is to provide excellent investment opportunities for overseas Pakistanis in Islamabad’s real estate sector.
Muhammad Ali Randhawa said several projects for overseas Pakistanis are being initiated, which are expected to boost foreign remittances to Pakistan.
The CDA chairman mentioned that P3A will provide technical assistance for these projects. The process of engaging advisors and consultants for these projects will begin soon.
Randhawa also noted that a review of the unsolicited proposals received so far is underway. P3A will also provide technical support concerning these proposals.
