Murderer of girlfriend committed suicide by shooting himself after police conducted raid for his arrested on Thursday.
According to details, Hanan was in friendship with daughter of former deputy director Election Commission who was also his class fellow. However, the girl separated the ways over differences with him.
Annoyed over the situation, the youth gunned down the girl in Lahore two days earlier and fled to his native town Mandi Bahauddin.
The police reached residence of accused in Mandi Bahauddin to arrest the culprit but he went to roof top of his house and ended committed suicide by shooting in his head with pistol.
