Punjab Education Minister Dr Murad Rass in his tweet has said that public and private schools will open from September 15, provided Corona situation would be under control in the Province.
He categorically refuted the news regarding reopening of the schools on August 15.
According to details, Punjab Education Minister Dr Murad Ross tweeted on Twitter regarding the opening of private and government schools across Punjab and said that public and private schools across Punjab would be reopened from September 15 if the situation in Corona improves. It is possible to control the corona epidemic, he maintained.
He said that Corona SOPs are fully prepared to open the school. Parents will be informed about Corona SOPs soon. All reports of school opening before September 15 are baseless.
It merits mentioning here that the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Conference is likely to be held today under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Shafqat Mahmood regarding reopening of educational institutions closed due to Corona virus. In this regard, Punjab Department of Higher Education and School Education have completed their homework.
The Department of Higher Education has decided to open the institution in the first week of September. Educational institutions across the province have decided to abide by the federal decision, while Provincial Minister for Higher Education Raja Yasir Humayun and Provincial Minister for Education Murad Ras have already provided SOPs to the federal government.

He said that if permission was not granted to reopen the school, they would reopen the schools on their own. Teachers are not afraid of handcuffs and jails.
