Motorway Police seized drugs worth millions of rupees during an operation on Saturday and arrested an accused.
According to the spokesperson, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) tipped off the Motorway Police about a suspicious vehicle.
In response, patrolling officers attempted to stop a Corolla car with license plate KHYA-8127 near Sial Mor. The driver tried to escape but was chased down and apprehended.
Upon searching the vehicle, a massive haul of 78 kg of opium and 73 kg of hashish was discovered.
