MNSUAM, NAB hold seminar on ‘leadership and entrepreneurship’

The MNS University of Agriculture Multan (MNSUAM) in Collaboration with NAB organised a seminar on “Leadership and Entrepreneurship” at the university here.

The seminar was presided over by MNSUAM VC Prof Dr Asif Ali and DG NAB Multan Nauman Aslam was the chief guest on the occasion.

The oath-taking ceremony of newly-elected cabinet of Society of Character Building CBS was also organised along with the seminar.

Prof Dr Asif Ali said that the students are taking part actively in activities which made them different from students of other universities. “CBS is platform provided by NAB, which is building leadership character among the students who say no to corruption.”

He further said that this type of initiatives will open the mind of young generations who are the real asset to the country.

Mr. Nauman Aslam said that they have established more than 10,000 societies of this kind which are playing an important role for understanding the corruption free society and their benefits to the country.

He greeted Prof Dr Zulifqar over being awarded as best teacher award in year 2021 and appreciated Prof. Asif Ali for creating an environment of leadership building in the university.

Meanwhile, Director General Punjab Rescue Services Dr Rizwan Naseer visited Rescue 1122 Multan.

Regional Emergency Officer Dr Rao Ijaz Anjum, District Emergency Officer Dr Kaleemullah, Emergency Officer Engineer Ahmad Kamal and Emergency Officer Muhammad Bilal gave a detailed briefing about rescue operations and services in District Multan to the DG during a meeting.

On the occasion, DG Rescue Dr Rizwan Naseer said that Rescue 1122 aims at ensuring provision of rescue services to the citizens in accordance with world class standards.

During the visit, civil society activists belonging to different sectors met the Director General Rescue 1122 at the Multan Head Office.
