Minister visits Sundas Foundation

Punjab Minister for Excise and Taxation Hafiz Mumtaz Ahmed visited the Sundas Foundation on Wednesday and presented gifts to patients kids.
Sundas Foundation Director Sohail Warraich, President Yaseen Khan, Ali Rauf and others were also present on the occasion. The Sundas Foundation has been operating for more than 20 years
During his visit, the minister met with the medical staff of the centre as well as the patients and their families. Sohail Warraich briefed the minister about the facilities at the centre and patients who are being treated there. He noted that the foundation, which was the first of its kind in Pakistan, also provides financial and logistical support to the families of patients.
The minister also witnessed blood screening on latest machinery, transfusion ward, lab, blood bank, and pharmacy.
Hafiz Mumtaz said that the foundation is providing quality treatment to patients even during the corona lockdown which is praiseworthy. The minister also appealed to the philanthropists to donate generously so the ailing kids could be healed.
