LAHORE – Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 24 is set to be held tomorrow September 22, 2024 across Pakistan, and authorities made stern measures including suspension of internet and cellular services.

As over one hundred seventy thousand medical aspirants will appear in MDCAT 2024, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) took all possible measures to rule out any cheating controversy.

The district administration enforced Section 144, which prohibits public gatherings and electronic devices.

In Lahore, there are 8 MDCAT centres this year. The leading centers are PU Exam Centre on Wahdat Road, COMSATS University, DPS Model Town, University of Education Township, and Government Girls Graduate College Gulberg.

The remaining centres will be held in DPS Township, Lahore College for Women University,  and Government Islamia College for Women, Cantt.

MDCAT 2024

Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) is being organized by the University of Health Sciences (UHS). The exam will take place at 26 centers in 12 cities, with a total of 58,380 candidates expected, including 40,364 females and 18,016 males.

Thousands of teachers will serve as invigilators, supported by local authorities for security. The test runs from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, requiring a minimum score of 55% for MBBS and 50% for BDS admission. There are 3,616 seats in public colleges and 5,025 in private ones.
