A man, identified as Munir Hussain, along with his brothers and father, hacked his wife and relative to death in the name of honor in village Mumtaz Kot, Tehsil Shahpur of Sargodha on Wednesday.
Munir Hussain along with his brothers Ali Shah, Wasif Shah and father Mazhar Hussain dragged one Sajid Hussain into their haveli and hacked him to death.
He killed his wife Farwah Bibi during her attempt to save Sajid Hussain from being killed.
The alleged killers escaped from the scene. The bodies were shifted to hospital for medico legal proceedings.
Police have registered case against the accused persons on the report of Ghulam Hussain father of victim Sajid Hussain and started investigation.
