A man was killed while his wife injured after culprits attacked a couple with sharp edged weapons over love marriage dispute here on Wednesday.

Police said that Muneer, hailing from Lodhran entered in love marriage with a local woman some six months earlier and the couple moved to Gujranwala and started living here.

The relatives of woman traced the couple and attacked them with sharp edged weapons in Chak Laskhari area of Gujranwala.—INP
