Nawaz Sharif party also voted unanimously for extension of Gen Bajwa as COAS in Parliament. Where was then Nawaz Sharif when his party was voting for extension of Gen. Bajwa.Chairman Communist Party of Pakistan Engr Jameel Malik said this while talking to this journalist.
He said, Was Nawaz Sharif bargaining for NRO with Government of Imran Khan when his party voted for extension in tenure of Gen Bajwa or what was the reasons for which Nawaz Sharif party voted for Gen Bajwa in Parliament? Every sensible person knows the involvement of Army in politics whereas the Communist Party of Pakistan has been highlighting the involvement of Army in politics when Nawaz Sharif was blue eyed of Zia ul Haq dictator and our several party members of CPP were in Jail including Jam Saqi who remained in jail for 10 ten years at that time.
Nawaz Sharif was playing a double game but not successful. As a party leader if he knows so much about Gen Bajwa then as to why his party voted for extension of Gen Bajwa in Parliament. As Nawaz Sharif statement last night against Gen Bajwa is totally in contrary to his party voting for extension of Gen Bajwa in Parliament. So we don’t think, Mr. Nawaz Sharif can attract the sympathize of common people of Pakistan.
