LHC rejects plea of removing Farhat’s children from ECL

The Lahore High Court on Wednesday rejected a petition seeking removal of the names of Farhat Shehzadi’s children from exit control list. Farhat Shehzadi has been a friend of former first lady Bushra Bibi.

A single bench of the high court comprised on Justice Rassal Hassan Syed turned down the petition while announcing the reserved verdict. The court had earlier reserved decision after hearing arguments of lawyers.
