Under the auspices of the US-Pakistan Universities Partnerships Grants Program, a workshop was organized by Centre for Professional Development ,Women University Multan in collaboration with Kinnaird College Lahore, titled “Leadership in Education” at Women University Multan.
The focal person of the workshop was Dr. Malka Liaquat. While giving the welcome address Dr. Malka Liaquat highlighted the aim of workshop, that how academician can play the role of leaders for their students and help them to achieve their goals. Especially, the role of women in leadership, traits and characteristics which helps to identify their true potential.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Uzma Quraishi said that undoubtedly the secret of the moral, social and economic development of nations lies in education.
