Lahore College for Women University (LCI) organized the first-ever Society Fair on Wednesday.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. ShaguftaNaz inaugurated the event as the chief guest.
The fair provided an excellent platform for student societies to present their activities, recruit new members, and engage with the wider student community.
Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to explore various booths set up by student societies, each offering unique insights into their mission, objectives, and upcoming events.
From cultural and academic societies to sports clubs and volunteer organizations, there was something for everyone at the fair. Director Students Affairs DrSumeraSajjad said that registration drives conducted by the societies yielded promising results, with many students signing up to become active members. Overall, the Society Fair exemplified the vibrant spirit of student engagement and community involvement at LCWU and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive campus environment.
