LAHORE – A private college student was allegedly raped by a security guard in Gulberg area on Monday.
The spokesperson for DIG Operations stated that the incident took place a few days ago, and the accused security guard is in police custody while investigations into the alleged assault are underway.
According to the spokesperson, the victim and her family have not come forward, and no report of the incident has been received by the local police station, the 15 helpline or the college administration.
The spokesperson further said that the viral news circulating on social media has yet to be confirmed.
