Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, President of PPP Sindh, advocates for a comprehensive operation to tackle rising crime in Sindh, emphasizing the need to eliminate dacoits, criminals, and street criminals. Highlighting the alarming law and order situation in certain districts, Khuhro stressed the importance of restoring peace and security to ensure the well-being of Sindhi citizens.
Nisar Khuhro called for stringent measures, including the eradication of modern weaponry used by criminals, and urges vigilance regarding the source of these arms.
Additionally, Khuhro underscored the importance of scrutinizing police ranks to prevent collusion with criminals and tightening border surveillance. He expresses confidence in the new IG Sindh’s ability to curb criminal activities effectively.
Furthermore, Khuhro announced plans for a significant public meeting commemorating the 45th death anniversary of PPP’s Founder Chairman, Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, on April 4.
Despite challenges, Khuhro affirms the Sindh government’s commitment to restoring peace and upholding provincial rights, advocating for a fair distribution of resources through the NFC award. He called for the transfer of ministries from the federal government to strengthen provincial autonomy and enhance the federation’s efficiency.
