Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Dr. Amir Ahmed said that re-opening of Kartarpur Corridor by the Pakistani Government is a message of love and tolerance for the Sikh community and the entire world.
In a statement issued here, ETPB Chairman Dr. Amir Ahmed said that after the opening of Kartarpur corridor, the SOPs issued by the government will be fully implemented. He said that all arrangements including security have been completed. The Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee from Pakistan has thanked the Federal Government and the ETPB chairman for opening of the Kartarpur Corridor. Dr. Amir Ahmed and his team have been utilizing all available resources for renovation of the surroundings of Kartarpura in Pakistan and welfare of the Sikh community.
Meanwhile, the Sikh community from around the world has praised the Federal Government and the ETPB chairman’s initiatives for minorities. According to the ETPB spokesperson, renovation of gurdwaras is underway across Pakistan under the supervision of Additional Secretary Shrines Tariq Wazir and RDP Secretary Imran Gondal.
