KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted mainly cold and dry weather for Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh during the next two days.
As per the synoptic situation, continental air prevails over most parts of Pakistan.
Under these conditions, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of the province on Tuesday night, Wednesday and Thursday.
In Karachi, the minimum temperature will likely remain between 13-15 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and 12-14 C on Thursday.
In Hyderabad, the minimum temperature will likely remain between 10-12 C on Wednesday and Thursday.
Dense fog/smog is likely to persist in Jacobabad, Hyderabad, Mohenjo-Daro, Sukkur, Larkana, Dadu, Ghotki, Khairpur, Kashmore and Padidan during morning and night hours.
Meanwhile, cold and dry weather prevailed across Sindh during the last 24 hours.
Mithi remained the coldest place in Sindh where the mercury dropped to 04 C.
Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 47 per cent.
In Karachi, minimum temperature was recorded at 14 C.
Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 70 per cent.
In Hyderabad, minimum temperature was recorded at 12 C.
Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 50 per cent.
Dense fog/smog prevailed in the upper districts of Sindh which disturbed traffic on inter and intra-city roads.
