Ishrat Hussain resigns as PM Imran’a aide: reports

ISLAMABAD – Advisor to Prime Minister Imran Khan for Institutional Reforms & Austerity Dr Ishrat Hussain on Thursday resigned from his post, local media reported.

Reports said that the former governor of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has sent his resignation to Prime Minister Office.

It is unclear whether the premier has accepted the resignation.
